Please note:
  • Reimbursement of Travel and Accommodation Grant: Grants will be reimbursed via telegraphic transfers after the meeting, following verification of membership and attendance. More details on the reimbursement process will be provided.
  • *By invitation only: Selected participants will receive a formal invitation from AHAD-AP.
  • **Three-night accommodation: Available if the participant continues to attend the ASM on September 13, subject to attendance verification.
  • ***Accommodation Information: A list of negotiated hotels will be available on the website soon.
  • Meeting Schedule:
    • The Annual Scientific Meeting starts at 8:30 AM ICT on September 11, 2026, and concludes around 12:35 PM ICT on September 13, 2026.
    • Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.
