Please note:
  • Reimbursement of Travel and Accommodation Grant: Grants will be reimbursed via telegraphic transfers after the meeting, following verification of membership and attendance. More details on the reimbursement process will be provided.
  • *By invitation only: Selected participants will receive a formal invitation from AHAD-AP.
  • **Three-night accommodation: Available if the participant continues to attend the ASM on September 14, subject to attendance verification.
  • ***Accommodation Information: A list of hotels is now available on the ASM 2025 website. Kindly check here for more details: Accomodation 2025 | AHADAP
  • Meeting Schedule:
    • The Annual Scientific Meeting starts at 8:00 AM CST on September 12, 2025, and concludes around 1:00 PM CST on September 14, 2025.
    • Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.
