Thank You

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders-Asia Pacific (AHAD-AP), we thank everyone involved in organizing the 3rd Annual Scientific Meeting which was held on the 15th and 16th September 2023 at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok Thailand.

We had a grand success in hosting the first in-person annual scientific meeting of AHAD-AP, co- hosted by the Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Division, Chulalongkorn University and in collaboration with the Thai Society of Hematology.

In line with the mission of AHAD-AP to enhance care for people with hemophilia and other hereditary bleeding disorders in the region, this meeting have aimed at providing a much-needed platform for all stakeholders engaged in enhancing care for people with haemophilia and other hereditary haemostasis disorders in the region.

The meeting was attended by 318 health care providers from 24 countries/ regions/ territories. The pre-meeting two-day workshops on Comprehensive Care, Laboratory and Musculo-Skeletal management of haemophilia was held on 13th and 14th September at the same venue and 78 HCPs participated in the three workshops by invitation.

We believe that our diverse and dynamic group of speakers provided in-depth insight and information on the topics along with the current updates.

AHAD-AP is most grateful to the Thai Society of Hematology and the Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Division, Chulalongkorn University for their excellent commitment and support for the meeting. We also extend our gratitude to the sponsors who have made this meeting possible though their financial support.
